Welcome to Dolphin Class
Welcome to Dolphin Class! We are a small class of 17 Year 3s and 4s. We are lucky to have two teachers in our class; Mrs Bellison teaches us on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays and Miss Lumb teaches us on Thursdays and Fridays. Mrs Winchester and Mrs Isbell also help us with our learning. We can’t forget our resident aquarium friends, who are always there to show a friendly fin, especially when learning is challenging or when we just need a quick ‘pick me up’. They splash about as we do because we too, are a friendly, busy bunch that work collaboratively to support each other’s learning. We are especially working on developing our other JONK skills (resilience, resourcefulness, reflectiveness, curiosity and creativity) to be more effective learners and achieve our best.
What are we learning about this term?
I like Dolphin Class because all my friends are here and we have lots of fun learning new things. My favourite subject is maths because you can work collaboratively with a partner. We have lots of clubs after school and I especially like sports club.
I like Bacton Primary because everyone is kind and I have made lots of friends. My favourite subject is Art because I am good at painting and can be really creative.
Dolphin Class is a really nice place to learn. The children, teachers and teaching assistants are friendly and help you when you're stuck. My favourite subject is maths because I like solving problems and working with my maths partner.
