This week Dolphins visited West Stow, where we were able to investigate how the Anglo-Saxons lived. We were able to explore a range of Anglo-Saxon houses and halls, viewing how they lived. We also visited the museum at West Stow, with the main interest of many being finding the fossilised human poo! There was an interesting discussion on what it would smell like.
In class, we had a range of special visitors on Thursday afternoon. We had a maths mastery lesson watched by lots of teachers from other schools. The children were able to showcase their mathematical understanding.
Elsewhere in school, we have been working hard writing non-chronological reports in English, completing our short write on who the Anglo-Saxons are on Friday.
