What a great start to our learning this week. Year 1 and 2 have been working very hard helping Miss Lucas to count properly. They told her that when you count objects you say one number per object and only move one at a time. They were also able to explain that you know you are counting forwards because the numbers get bigger. They have also been showing us how to represent numbers with objects and pictures.
Meanwhile Reception have carried on settling in very well and are now more confident with routines and where to find things. The playdough has been a very popular choice in JONK time.
We all had great fun in PE on Monday balancing along lines and then going back along the lines with different pieces of equipment on our heads,
